Easy Mug Cake Recipe
Today I prepared for a snack this cake in the cup, I took inspiration from a recipe and I revisited it in my own way to prepare it you will need a chunky breakfast mug is a little high.
Ingredients:
- 100 ml of lactose-free vanilla yogurt
- 50 ml of egg white
- 30 ml coconut vegetable milk
- 10 raspberries
- Turnip coconut.
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla yeast
I prepared the raspberry sauce in an immersion mixer adding a drop of water.
I greased a breakfast mug with coconut oil.
I put all the ingredients in a bowl (I did not use all the yogurt. I kept aside a spoon to mix with the raspberry sauce) and I mixed them until a smooth cream.
I poured everything into the cup and I put to bake in the microwave for 3/4 minutes opening the door x so much avoid to leak the contents from the cup.
Once cooked and cooled, cut it in half and stuff it with the yogurt cream and raspberry sauce previously prepared. Garnish the surface with a little ‘raspberry and coconut turnip sauce’
