Jalapeno and blueberry dip: The Most Addictive Holiday Appetizer
This jalapeno and blueberry dip is sweet, has the right amount of spicy and to finish, is impregnated with essential oils of Lime and Cilantro. The essential oil of Lima gives this recipe a sweet and citrus flavor, while the Coriander adds a fresh herbal flavor. Both oils complement blueberries and jalapeno peppers to offer delicious and healthy treatment.
- 1 12-ounce bag of fresh blueberries
- 1 bunch of chopped cilantro
- 1 Cilantro Essential Oil Stick
- 1-2 seedless jalapeno peppers and chopped
- Juice of two limes
- 1 Lima Essential Oil Dienes Stick
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
Combine blueberries, coriander, cilantro essential oil and jalapeno peppers in a food processor. Chop, but do not puree. Pour the chopped cranberry mixture into a bowl and add lime juice, lime essential oil, and sugar. Stir. Cover and refrigerate at least three hours (overnight is better).
Serve over a block of cream cheese with wheat crackers or baked tortilla chips.
