The cake for the big and the small. An almost melting chocolate and strawberries: it’s super good. You can serve it warm with ice cream, red fruit coulis or simply vanilla Par Aux délices des gourmets
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 125 g strawberries
- 5 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar or semolina sugar
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter, cut into small pieces. Mix to obtain a homogeneous consistency. Grease the pan with a little melted butter and set aside. Mix the egg yolks with half the sugar to blanch. Stir into the melted chocolate.
Then add the sifted flour. Finally, add the snow-cooked egg whites with the remaining sugar, fresh or frozen strawberries. Cook 18 min. Wait a few minutes before unmoulding.
