The cuisine of vegetables and legumes is fascinating. Once you enter it you will find authentic jewels like this bolognese sauce for vegetarians. A recipe that I rescued from an old British food magazine that I had my eye on long ago for the authentic look of it.

The bolognese salsa for vegetarians is very easy to prepare and much faster than the traditional bolognese salsa prepared with meat. Lentils replace beef and cooking is much faster, a great advantage to take into account.

What to Add to the Bolognese Sauce for Vegetarians

The bolognese sauce for vegetarians is very suitable for pasta dishes, such as topping roasted potatoes or even as a dip. It is a very funny alternative to the traditional bolognese meat in which the taste and textures are very similar, soft, tasty, healthy and very nutritious. A recipe for the whole family.
